SAM KAUFMAN
Sam has been performing several shows over the last few years including,
Incurable Romantic and his latest,
I've Heard That Song Before is coming to Don't Tell Mama
in June accompanied by Danny Holgate.
JERRY LAIRD
Jerry performed, Life Is A Song at Don't Tell Mama last year
and is currently preparing a show of songs from the year 1939. Jerry
is the Editor of The New York Sheet Music Society Newsletter
and a graduate of many workshops. He hosts a cable TV Show called,
Carousel in Connecticut and interviews the local luminaries.
PATRICIA LARUSSA
Patricia performed her debut show, Sentimental Journey
at Don't Tell Mama and the trio included Richard Danley on
piano and her son Tom on drums.
JONATHAN LONG
brought his considerable vocal talents to Danny's Skylight Room
in The Hills Are Alive With The Sound of Cabaret accompanied
by Bill Zeffiro. He also performed his operetta show at The
Bendheim Auditorium in Scarsdale and has been doing many concerts
around the country.
TRUDI MANN has
been holding open-mike brunch shows at Cleopatra's Needle for the
past five and a half years. She will be moving this New York institution
to The Triad every Sunday with the Ted Firth trio.
PETER MARKS is
the leading theater critic for the New York Times. Peter
took The Singing Experience many years ago before being transferred
to London and said that it was an important part of his development.
It certainly makes you a better critic when you experience for yourself
and understand what it takes to get up on the stage and perform.
LOLI MARQUEZ STERLING
and her band, The Lollygaggers continue to perform Those
Dog Years which was given a rave review in Cabaret Scenes
Magazine. She has brought this show to many venues around the
country and even to Rome, Italy. For this fine performance, Loli
was nominated for a MAC Award for Best Female Debut. A CD
is now in the process of being recorded.
NAOMI MILLER
has been performing for years but made her NY debut in her unique
show entitled, Love, Marriage, Children and Liposuction at
Don't Tell Mama. Naomi was nominated for a MAC Award for Best
Female Debut and will repeat the show at Danny's this summer.
Naomi has recorded several CD's and produces cabaret evenings in
New Jersey.
